Who creates Memoeli
Memoeli is created by Calm Thread Studio, an independent team focused on privacy-first software that reduces everyday friction and makes personal organization simpler. Memoeli is independently published by B Mahesh, who is legally responsible for the application.
Memoeli does not operate its own account database or cloud-storage server.
What stays on your device
Notes, folders, to-dos and attachments remain on your device by default. Content leaves the device only when you choose a backup, export, document sharing or another Android system action.
Photos and documents are chosen through Android’s system picker. Memoeli does not request broad photo or storage access. Temporary copies may be created when you explicitly open or share protected content.
Backups and passwords
Local and Google Drive backups are optional and initiated by you. Backup content is protected on your device using the password you supply before upload.
The publisher does not receive or retain the backup password. A forgotten password cannot be recovered, and the protected backup may become inaccessible.
Reminders, app lock and widgets
Optional to-do reminders and focus feedback may use notification permission, sound, vibration, reboot restoration and Android alarms-and-reminders access. Permissions are requested in context.
The optional app lock uses your device’s authentication system. Memoeli does not receive your fingerprint, face data or device PIN. Widgets display only the content you configure through Android.
Google services and purchases
When connected, Memoeli accesses its private Google Drive application-data folder—not your general Drive documents. Google handles authorization and storage under its own terms. Google Drive is a trademark of Google LLC.
Optional one-time digital companion unlocks are processed through Google Play. Memoeli receives the purchase state and product information needed to unlock or restore a purchase, but not payment-card information.
Analytics and diagnostics
Memoeli contains no advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics, third-party crash-reporting SDKs or Advertising ID use. Initial crash and ANR monitoring uses Google Play Android Vitals. This website uses no analytics, cookies or tracking pixels. Cloudflare may process essential hosting and security logs.
Retention and deletion
Local content remains until you permanently delete it from Trash, clear app data or uninstall Memoeli. Exported files remain in the location you selected until you delete them. Drive backups remain until you replace or delete them.

Children and international users
Memoeli is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. Google services and Cloudflare hosting may process limited information in other countries under their respective terms.
