These terms form an agreement between you and B Mahesh, the independent developer and publisher legally responsible for Memoeli. Memoeli is created with Calm Thread Studio.
Personal-use licence
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Memoeli for lawful personal purposes, subject to these terms and applicable app-store rules.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of your notes, tasks and attachments. You are responsible for that content, the security of your device, maintaining suitable backups and keeping backup passwords safe.
Encryption passwords and backups
Backup passwords are not received or retained by the publisher. Forgotten passwords cannot be recovered, and an encrypted backup may become permanently inaccessible. No storage or backup system can be guaranteed against every loss.
Optional Google services
If you choose Google Drive backup or another Google service, your use is also governed by Google’s terms. Google is not the publisher of and does not endorse Memoeli.
Purchases and refunds
Optional one-time digital companion unlocks are processed through Google Play. Google handles payment processing and refunds according to its policies and applicable law. Memoeli receives only the purchase information needed to unlock or restore features.
Prohibited misuse
You must not use Memoeli unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with its security or operation; reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits; or infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property
Memoeli, its design, branding and software are owned by B Mahesh or applicable licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
Availability and updates
Memoeli may be improved, updated, suspended or discontinued. Continued compatibility with every device or Android version is not guaranteed.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Memoeli is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. Liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory rights you may have under other applicable law.
